Technical SEO · Full Site Audits

I also fix why your site isn't ranking

I'm Kunal Vohra. Alongside fractional CTO and MVP work, I run full technical SEO audits: crawl, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, and whether AI crawlers can even read your site. $750 flat, a written fix list, no generic report you need a developer to translate.

Most SEO reports stop at diagnosis. I read and ship code, so the finding and the fix are the same conversation, not two vendors.

Run first on my own site before I sold it as a service. See exactly what that found, below.

Who this is for

You don't know if it's a content problem or a technical one.

Most founders who come to me for this have already tried content: more posts, better keywords, a content calendar. Rankings still don't move, because the problem was never the writing. It was broken canonicals, missing schema, a redirect chain burning link equity, or a custom-built site that a generic SEO plugin has nothing to plug into.

I run the audit, hand you a written, prioritized fix list, and can implement it myself if you want it shipped rather than just diagnosed. If your real problem is content strategy, not the technical layer, I'll tell you that on the call instead of selling you an audit you don't need.

What you're actually buying

The audit, the fix sprint, and what happens after

Audit

A full crawl and a written report

I crawl the site the way Google and AI crawlers actually see it: indexing, canonicals, redirects, schema, Core Web Vitals, and how well your money pages compete against whoever's currently ranking above you. You get a written report with every finding ranked by fix effort versus ranking impact, not a generic checklist.

Fix sprint

The highest-impact fixes, shipped

Most audits surface a handful of fixes that matter more than the rest: broken canonicals, missing or malformed schema, pages AI crawlers can't read, redirect chains burning link equity. I can ship those directly if I have repo access, or hand your team a spec precise enough that there's no ambiguity in the implementation.

After that

Ongoing work, scoped on the call

The audit is a snapshot; rankings move every week. If you want fixes kept up as the site changes, and monthly position and competitor tracking, we talk about what that actually needs and price it then, not off a fixed menu before I've seen your site.

The process, run on this site first

Before I sold this as a service, I ran it on my own site, because I wasn't going to charge for a process I hadn't stress-tested on something I could fully verify.

Person and WebSite JSON-LD wired into a single schema graph with stable @ids, so Google and AI answer engines can actually resolve who's behind the site
Service and Offer schema carrying real, published prices, not placeholder text, on every money page
FAQPage schema on every service page that has one, feeding AI-generated answers directly
llms.txt published and AI crawlers explicitly left unblocked, so answer engines can read the site at all
Canonical tags and a www redirect audited across the whole sitemap to stop duplicate-content dilution
A competitor gap analysis against the closest real competitor, run through SemRush and Ahrefs, that turned directly into a content roadmap instead of sitting in a slide deck

Audits run on paid tooling, SemRush and Ahrefs, not just free crawlers, because the keyword volume and difficulty numbers a free tool gives you are usually wrong in the direction that gets you excited about the wrong keyword. I also run sites through SiteGuard, an in-house monitoring tool built at ColadAI, for ongoing technical health checks between audits.

Pricing

$750 for the audit, published up front.

One flat price for the audit and the written fix list. If you want fixes shipped and kept up as your site changes afterward, we scope and price that on the call, once I've actually seen what the audit found.

Technical SEO Audit

$750

one-time

A full crawl of your site and a written report: what's broken, what's costing you rankings, and exactly what to fix first.

  • Crawl and indexing: robots.txt, sitemap, canonicals, redirect chains
  • Structured data: schema markup audit against what Google and AI crawlers actually parse
  • Core Web Vitals and page speed, checked on real pages, not the homepage alone
  • Site architecture and internal linking review
  • AI-crawler accessibility: llms.txt, whether AI bots can read your money pages at all
  • Competitor gap analysis: the keywords they rank for that you don't, and why
  • A prioritized fix list, ranked by effort versus ranking impact, not a 40-page PDF nobody reads

Best for: Founders whose site isn't ranking and don't know if it's a content problem or a technical one.

Invoiced in USD. If the audit surfaces something bigger, an architecture problem, a hiring gap, a roadmap that needs a senior technical owner, that's a Fractional CTO retainer, starting at $750 a month. See every way to work with me.

Questions founders actually ask

Before you book the call

What's actually included in a technical SEO audit?

A full crawl of your site covering indexing and crawlability (robots.txt, sitemap, canonicals, redirect chains), structured data (whether your schema markup is valid and actually helps Google and AI crawlers understand the page), Core Web Vitals and page speed on real pages, site architecture and internal linking, and whether AI crawlers can read your site at all. It ends with a written, prioritized fix list ranked by effort versus impact, not a generic 40-page report.

How is this different from what an SEO agency gives me?

I read and ship code. Most technical SEO reports hand you a list of issues and leave the implementation to a developer who now has to translate "fix your canonical tags" into an actual pull request. I can do that translation myself, or ship the fix directly if I have repo access. The findings and the fix are the same conversation, not two separate vendors.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on site size and how much is already broken, but most audits run one to two weeks from kickoff to the written report. Bigger sites with more URLs to crawl, or more structured data to validate, take longer.

What tools do you use?

SemRush and Ahrefs for keyword volume, difficulty, and competitor gap analysis, plus Google Search Console and PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals data directly from your site. I also run sites through SiteGuard, an in-house technical health monitoring tool I built at ColadAI, for ongoing checks between audits. Free crawlers tend to get volume and difficulty numbers wrong in the direction that gets you excited about the wrong keyword, so I don't rely on them alone.

Do you actually implement the fixes, or just report them?

Both, depending on what you want. The $750 audit is the report and the prioritized fix list. If you want fixes shipped and kept up as your site keeps changing, we scope that on the call once I've seen what the audit actually found, rather than pricing it blind ahead of time.

Is this proven, or a new offer?

I ran this exact process on my own site, kunalvohra.com, before selling it as a service: schema graph with stable @ids, Service and Offer schema carrying real prices, FAQPage schema, an llms.txt published and AI crawlers explicitly unblocked, canonicals and a www redirect audited across the sitemap, and a competitor gap analysis that turned into an actual content roadmap. It's not a hypothetical process; it's the one running under this page right now.

Who is this for?

Founders whose site isn't ranking and don't know if it's a content problem or a technical one, teams whose previous SEO work was content-only and never touched schema, indexing, or Core Web Vitals, and anyone on a custom-built site where a generic WordPress SEO plugin has nothing to plug into.

I already have a fractional CTO or engineering team. Do I still need this?

If your team can implement the fixes once they're specified, the $750 audit alone is probably enough. If technical SEO would just sit at the bottom of an already full backlog, tell me that on the call and we can talk about what ongoing help would actually look like.
